NEW CLASS ADDED!
A new Tuesday class series will start June 11, for two six class sessions, called:
“Yoga for Calming: Being You.”
These classes are a delicious combination of poses that are both blissful and easy, improving your own ability to be grounded and centered in this busy life we live.
Here are the Tuesday class series class dates:
Tues: 7/9, 16 and 23. We continue on 8/6, 8/13, 8/20 and 8/27. Please join in, no experience req.
JULY SCHEDULE CHANGES:
Week of July 22: Classes will be held on July 22 and 23, Mond and Tues, with NO CLASS on Weds 7/24 or Thurs 7/25. PLEASE NOTE ..THIS IS A NEW CHANGE IN THE SCHEDULE, PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDAR.
July 29th week: MiRé Yoga will be closed this week for meditation teacher training coverage. Classes will resume on August 6th and be held Tues Weds and Thurs that week.
The class days of Tues Weds and Thurs at 10 am are still in effect for the summer, however, there are several JULY changes due to events and teacher trainings.
AUGUST CLASS SCHEDULE CHANGES:
Teacher training the week of Aug. 14 - 17. Classes that week will be held on Monday Aug. 12 and Tuesday Aug. 13, at 10 a.m. NO CLASSES HELD ON Weds/Thurs. Aug. 14-15. Please mark your calendars! Classes resume Weds Aug. 21st on the regular schedule. Reminders will be sent.
Please mark your personal calendar with these changes, or msg 302-236-9146 if you have any questions the a.m. of a class. Email reminders will be sent out beforehand to regular and repeating students.
Check the ‘Sign Up’ page to see the regular class schedule and descriptions of our offerings. If a sudden incidence requires a morning class to be cancelled or rescheduled, the notice will be on this website by 8 a.m. when possible.

MiRé Yoga follows the federal government and local schools cancellations and changes on WTOP.com. During inclement weather, even with plowed roads, the traffic and road conditions can be challenging. Please leave extra time in commuting. If you do travel please be careful! If you miss a yoga class, schedule in your yoga at home; it’s always a plus.
I teach the relaxation breathing at the beginning of every Svaroopa class. This healing technique lowers high blood pressure when done daily, boosts your immune system to heal more quickly from illness, and improves all the body systems. Come learn the breathing that is specific to Svaroopa® Yoga in both the scripting, and in the language used, to induce this sound of your breath. You will be glad you did.
Typically the studio follows both local government and school cancellation schedules on WTOP. Feel free to stay home if you do not feel confident on the roads.
