Holiday Schedule - MiRe Yoga will be closed on Dec. 26, 27 and reopen on Weds., Jan 2 @ 10 a.m. for continuuing classes.

For the week of Jan. 6 only, classes will be held on Monday and Friday of that week instead of Weds and Thurs. - Class will be held Mon. Jan. 7 and Fri. Jan. 11 at 10 a.m. CLOSED ON Jan. 9 and 10. Please mark your calendar. Classes will resume to the regular schedule on Jan. 16.

Planning ahead: vacation dates:

Yoga classes will be held through the month of January at the regular schedule. MiRe Yoga will close for vacation on Feb. 5-28, and reopen on Weds. March 6. Do More Yoga!!

Our Practice

Svaroopa Yoga® means "Bliss Yoga." If you have back pain, neck pain, knee pain or a crazy-busy mind, you need this approach to yoga's poses and breathing practices.
